By accessing and using the Vaun MC website (vaun.in) and Minecraft server (mc.vaun.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Vaun MC provides a Minecraft multiplayer server with features including but not limited to: survival gameplay, economy system, land claims, quests, leaderboards, and a web-based store. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree to:

• Follow all server rules as posted on our Rules page.
• Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the server or website.
• Not use hacks, cheats, or unauthorized modifications.
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with our services.
• Not engage in any form of real-money trading of in-game items or currency unless through official channels.

4. In-Game Economy

Our server features an in-game economy with virtual currency. All virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value. We reserve the right to adjust balances, prices, and economic features at any time to maintain server balance and fairness.

5. Donations and Purchases

Any donations or purchases made through our store are voluntary contributions to support the server. Virtual items or perks received in exchange are provided as a token of appreciation. All transactions are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Account Suspension and Bans

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any player who violates our rules or these terms. Decisions regarding bans are at the discretion of our staff team. Players may appeal bans through the designated appeal process on our website.

7. Intellectual Property

Vaun MC and its associated branding, website design, and original content are our intellectual property. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, in-game item loss, or other damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
